The Education Secretary of Medellin answered the citizens’ questions during an online chat,. He was chatting from the Pedro Octavio Amado School. The event was well prepared by the teachers and the director of the school. Everybody enjoyed the excellent facilities offered to chat with the community.

A global survey of city websites has identified Seoul, South Korea, as the top-ranked city in the performance of municipal e-governance.
